Office of the President
The Office of the President supports GCC’s President in fostering clear communication between GCC’s Trustees, Advisers, and Management team as well as representing GCC externally. Candidates should have exceptional attention to detail and project management skills. Members will attend and participate in executive level meetings and be prepared for leadership positions within GCC in the future.
Administration Division
The Administration division is comprised of Finance and Information Technology. Main activities include: conduct tax and accounting, manage GCC managements’ email accounts, provide support for technological issues, manage management team’s internal wiki, and budgeting.
External Affairs Division
The External Affairs division is responsible for building relationships with outside partners and alumni. Main activities include: develop sponsorship, develop alumni chapters, manage speaker contacts, and outreach to big-time professionals.
Initiatives Division
The Initiatives division oversees and supports GCC events and projects from early development to success. Candidates should have experience in logistics, operation, event coordination, and team management. Main activities in this division are: coordinate GCC’s global calendar of major events; and help members organize conferences, delegations, and other large projects.
Internal Affairs
The Internal Affairs division is responsible for building internal relationships and recruiting for GCC’s Management. Main activities are: organize GCC’s Annual Convention, manage recruitment, plan online networking within Management, and manage GCC Ning.
Media Division
The Media division is responsible for communicating GCC to the outside world. It provides support and guidelines in marketing for all GCC initiatives and projects. This division focuses on social media, Global China Review, GCC Insights newsletter, GCC website, graphic design, and communications.
Network Division
The Network Division is responsible for developing GCC’s chapter networks. Main activities are: manage the GCC Gold Mine, manage Regional Committees, manage Chapter expansion, manage chapter list and contact information (Network Database).
