Hangzhou Delegation

"Although the visit lasted only three days, delegation members were able to meet a lot of new people, exchange ideas and information about international affairs, and experience the essence of the City of Hangzhou."

In June 2010, a team of GCC delegates visited Hangzhou, one of China's most prosperous, fastest-growing cities. During the three-day trip, they visited the prestigious Zhejiang University, met the governor of Indiana, held the GCC International Business Book Salon and enjoyed the scenic view of the West Lake.

感想汇总 (Tsinghua Reflections)

In January and February 2010, the Student Union of Tsinghua University joined GCC Central, GCC Harvard College, and GCC University of Pennsylvania in their first ever delegation to the United States. Linked here are the reflections of the delegates, who are mostly graduate students at institutes across the Tsinghua campus. Many of these students have served for several years either within the Tsinghua student government or other youth leadership organizations around China. Beijing Winter Delegation 2010

"Our delegation was inestimably memorable and valuable on both a personal and organizational level. This delegation presented an unmistakable contrast between the leading lights of the past and present with those of the future."

During January 2010, GCC representatives from Central Management and chapters across the network visited leading firms and educational institutions (both Chinese and international) in Beijing. Many delegated find the program informative and inspiring as one comments:"I was able to develop a much better grasp of what I see as China, its vault of opportunities, and the many challenges that one would have to face as a young professional in China."
