Come join GCC Management as a graphic designer as we recently just opened up this new position! By working alongside of over 50 individuals in Management, you will gain substantial knowledge of GCC by providing crucial support on numerous projects conducted by all divisions. This position is affiliated with the whole organization, so you will have a chance to establish valuable personal and professional relationships with all Officers, Associates, and Trustees. Meanwhile, you will certainly be able to access all the exclusive benefits of GCC, like interaction with professionals, internship information, personal development advice . The first two projects you will be working on after hiring are:
1) Internal Affairs: design a new banner for GCC Connect (Ning)
2) External Affairs and Board of Trustees: design the layout of a sponsorship deck document to present to prospective members and outside sponsors

Requirements: previous experience with designing tools and Photoshop

Network Associates

In charge of promoting chapter development and growth, the Network Division plays an important, if not the most important, role in GCC National Management. Over the past few years, Network has helped establish 50+ chapters all across the United States, China, Hong Kong, and Abu Dhabi, and is continuing to expand the GCC influence to all continents. In GCC, we strive to keep the communication between Management and chapters as open and smooth as possible. If you are a person who love to connect to other people, and see a chapter come into being from the start, this is the position for you!

We plan to recruit 1 Expansion Associate, and 3 Regional Associates. Please see below for the job descriptions:

Expansion Associate:
Oversee all interviews with chapter applicants.
Coordinate interview timeframes
Maintain Network-Tracker of potential chapter applicants.
Coordinate transitional phase of bringing a chapter into a region by acting as a liaison between chapters and with Regional Associates
Lead, develop and enhance assigned region and chapters within it.
Perform all tasks related to regions and chapters, which Associates carry out.

Regional Associate:
Maintain regional/chapter information on Network Database.
Develop, lead, influence and enhance regional and chapter growth.
Provide regional and chapter progress report to Network Associate Director.
Ensure new chapters are developed and examined during probationary period.
Review new chapter performance at the end of the probationary period, with the Associate Director and Network Director
Ensure communication pipelines with regions and/or chapters are smooth and effective.
Ensure all chapters submit the Semester-end-reports (Fall/Winter) within the giving time frame.
Ensure all chapter Presidents understand their responsibility with regards to GCC and their chapters, and their roles with regards to GCC’s vision and mission..
Facilitate regions/chapters growth by addressing their interests.

Region 1: Georgia, Tennessee, Texas
Chapters: Georgia Tech, University of Georgia, Emory University, Vanderbilt University, University of Texas at Austin, Rice University

Region 3: Washington DC, North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia
Chapters: The George Washington University, Duke University, Johns Hopkins University, Georgetown University, University of Virginia

Region 7: Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi
Chapters: Hong Kong University, HK University of Science and Technology, NYU Abu Dhabi
