Dear Honored Guest,
"China on the Global Stage" is Global China Connection's third annual U.S. conference. While much analysis of modern China focuses on how contemporary trends in politics, economics, and culture are generating internal changes, this forum will analyze the PRC's development from an exclusively global perspective: charting the worldwide impact of China's foreign policy, capital markets, environmental protection standards, and legal system.
The conference will be held on Sunday, March 20, 2011 from 9:00am to 6 p.m. in Columbia University's Roone Arledge Auditorium, and co-hosted with the Columbia Chinese Business and Law Association (CCLBA). Directions to Columbia’s campus and the nearest parking locations can be found here. Click here for a campus map.
If you are a Columbia student, please bring your CUID at all times as you will have to swipe in at security.
If you have registered as a group participant directly with us and have not bought tickets online individually, you will be able to make payment in cash at the registration desk. We have your name on our registration list and you will be able to register without any physical ticket.
The agenda for the day can be found here. Keynote speakers and panelists can be found here. We encourage you to have your preferred panel selections in mind as sign-ups will take place during registration on first come, first serve basis.
Please note that there are no physical tickets issued for the forum. We have your name on our registration list and you will be able to register without any physical ticket.
Thank you once again and we look forward to meeting you on March 20, 2011. Please contact us at conferences@gccglobal.org if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Global China Connection
